Community

Having a Church Community is what is special about Holy Trinity. It is a small congregation and we all know each other and welcome new people whether they are visiting from out of town or looking for a new parish. Annually there is a Blessing of the Animals in the early afternoon. A church picnic is held once a year with one service at 10:00 am that Sunday. When there is a 5th Sunday in a month, there is one service (Rite II) at 10:00 am and a covered dish brunch is held in the church hall. It is a time for people from both services to join together in worship and share social time together.

Public Events

Holy Trinity looks for ways to invite the greater community into our church.

Yard Sale

A yard sale is held in conjunction with the town-wide yard sale in Onancock. Holy Hot Dogs are sold at the same time and have become very popular. All proceeds go to the Outreach Programs we support.

Seminars

Seminars are offered with informational topics and open to the community.

Hot Dogs

Holy Hot Dogs are sold at the annual yard sale event, the town’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and at the Onancock July 4th Ice Cream Social. All proceeds go to the Outreach Programs we support.

Plant Exchange

Plant Exchanges have been held and are open to the public. People can bring plants they no longer want and pick up new species for their home.
